Tradition Belgian Ale characterized by the use of one of the most precious variety of local hard wheat: the Perciasacchi. The European noble hops give a delicate aroma that is well linked to the coriander and the peel of the famous Sicilian red orange. The result is a light and fresh straw yellow colored beer with a medium body and a creamy and soft foam, strictly tied to our land. The Blanche perfectly matches with raw fish, white meats and every king of starters. All of our beers are non-pasteurized, non-filtered, re-fermented in bottle and are closely linked to our land. The sediment on the bottom of the bottle is a sign of the genuine nature of the product.
